Donnie Drake

Donnie Drake grew up in the heart of Nevada’s big elk and mule deer country – Ely, Nevada. He has been hunting with archery equipment since he was 13, and has harvested elk, antelope, and bear with his bow, along with numerous deer with a rifle.

Donnie’s passion and knowledge for archery hunting has been very rewarding, enabling him to introduce many first time hunters to the sport over the past several years. He’s also had the opportunity of taking many youth hunters out for their first hunting adventures, leading several on successful deer hunts. The most memorable of those hunts was with his daughter, Cassie. At the age of 14, she has already taken two mule deer bucks with a rifle. With two sons also approaching legal hunting age, Donnie is sure to be a positive influence on the next generation of hunters for years to come.
