My brother and I went out looking for sheds a week ago and discovered an amazing find. In the picture is the back end/ whale tale of a huge bull. Compared to a 350 class shed we had found this whale tale kicks the 350 in the butt. Great find right, well what makes it so special is the broadhead buried deep into the horn. Some heartsick bowhunter centershot a gigantic bull right smack in the horn. Upon further investigation, the angle of the broadhead makes it seem highly probable that the bowhunter was hunting from a treestand. The shot was angled at such a sharp angle it had to be that or from a super steep portion of the terrain. The broadhead cracked the horn and fractured it, however, we believe that the horn didn’t fall immediately to the ground but rather the bull carried it for sometime until it fell off. Some guys really have bad luck.
OK guys, GREAT pictures! Thanks to everyone who participated…some of you guys are serious about sheds…I like it!
